NSAII is a professional organization for NEA staff and affiliate professionals working across policy advocacy, professional growth, and organizing. We bring together the people who work behind the scenes to strengthen public education — because the staff who support educators deserve a professional community of their own. As an NSAII member, you'll never navigate your work alone. Each month, members connect via Zoom to exchange best practices, share resources, and stay informed. Every year, we gather at our annual conference to learn from one another, tackle shared challenges, and build the relationships that make our work more effective. And through our active email listserv, expert colleagues across the country are always just a message away.
