Sponsor the 2026 NSAII Conference
About NSAII
The National Staff Association for the Improvement of Instruction (NSAII) sits at the intersection of union leadership and instructional excellence. We advocate for instructional issues within NEA state and local affiliates — and we have been doing this work long enough to know that real change starts with the people in the room.
Our goals are clear: foster collaboration among staff members, promote rigorous instruction and a global education vision, elevate professional learning, and act as a lasting catalyst for educational improvement. NSAII members connect policy to practice every day, and they do it in every corner of this country.
Why Sponsor this Conference?
NSAII members are not typical conference attendees. They are NEA affiliate staff who shape professional development, drive instructional policy, and work directly with educators at every level — from classroom teachers to bus drivers to building leaders. They sit in rooms where decisions get made, and then they go back and implement those decisions.
NSAII members serve NEA affiliates across the country. Your investment reaches our members and the thousands of educators, leaders, and school communities they serve daily. A connection made in New Orleans travels back to every state in the nation.
