With over 20 years of experience in education and leadership, Dr. Amber C. Brown has dedicated her career to supporting students, families, and educators across the Commonwealth Virginia, working in both rural and urban school divisions. Her foundational expertise in Special Education and leadership has positioned her as a fierce and effective advocate for quality educational outcomes for all learners.
PRESIDENT
Currently, I am the Director of Professional Policy and Practice at Missouri NEA. Formerly, for a decade, I was a secondary English and AVID teacher, Admin Intern, and Classroom Assistant. I am always a learner. In all settings and spaces, my goal is to protect and improve public education, advocate for collective teacher action via the union, and create authentic learning experiences for every individual.

TREASURERDr. Fulk currently serves as a Professional Development Specialist for the Florida Education Association. In this role, she works throughout a variety of professional development areas.
